Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within [3-6 business days  (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During product launches, holidays, or sales events, processing may take longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days once your order has been processed.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Issues

  • Bayou Goods Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

  • If your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received, please contact your local post office or carrier directly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll work with you to make it right.
